Our breathtaking views of the water and tropical grounds are the reasons so many people enjoy the Conch Key.
Reservations are guaranteed by taking a deposit:
- 1 night stay requires 100% deposit.
- 2 or more nights requires 50% deposit.
Balance payable upon arrival.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, cash and travelers checks.
All rooms are non-smoking.
Dock space available if you bring your own boat (fee).

Directions to the Conch Key Fishing Lodge & Marina:
If coming by boat:
GPS marker: N 24° 47. 408′ and W 080° 53. 318′
The convenience store and office is open 9:00 am – 5:00 pm daily.
We are located on the island of Conch Key, mile marker 63, just past the Long Key Bridge. This bridge is approximately 2.8 miles. You will find the mile markers along side of US 1, small green signs with the number. Key Largo is mile marker 120 and Key West is mile marker 0. Turn right onto Conch Key (bayside). Our motel is on the right, just as you turn onto Conch Key. Please drive slowly once on Conch Key, thank you!
From Ft. Lauderdale Airport: Take 595 West to the Florida Turnpike – South.
From Ft. Lauderdale: Take Exit 47 on the Florida Turnpike – South, following the signs to Homestead.
From Miami Airport: Take Highway 836 West to the Florida Turnpike – South.
Stay on the Turnpike until it dead-ends and merges into US 1 in Florida Keys.
Conch Key is bay side, off US 1, mile marker 63.
Our Booking & Cancellation Policy:
- A non-refundable one (1) night stay + taxes and fees will be charged at the moment of booking. The remaining amount due on the account will be charged upon check in.
- If a reservation is cancelled within fourteen (14) days of arrival or in case of a no-show, there will be a charge for 100% of all nights booked with us.
- If a reservation is cancelled fourteen (14) days prior to the date of arrival the non-refundable one (1) night stay + taxes and fees will be forfeited.
- If a reservation is made through Non-Refundable Advance Purchase Rate, the full amount of the stay plus tax will be charged at the time of booking. If cancellation to reservation is made, guest will forfeit total room charge plus tax.
- We do not offer refunds or discounts for early departures. Reservation payments are final.
- Check-in is at 4pm. Please present your ID card, passport or temporary residence card upon check-in. Must be 21 or older to check in.
- Check-out is at 11am. If you require a later check-out, please contact the front office before 10am on the day of departure, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. A charge may apply, depending on availability.
- Guests arriving late must contact the front office before 5pm in order to make arrangements for access to their unit. The office will be closed at 5pm.
- Conch Key Fishing Lodge & Marina reserves the right to cancel any and all reservations at our discretion.
